Store Pickup – FREE
- FREE service – Pick up from an Eastpak store – Nicosia Mall , My Mall (Kipling store) or Metropolis Mall store.
- Collection is available 7 days a week, depending on store opening hours.
- You will be notified once products are available for pick up. It might take 5-7 working days until you are notified.
Collection point – BOX NOW FREE
- FREE service, delivered within 5 – 7working days.
- Collection is available 24/7
Collection point – ACS Courier
- FREE service for purchases above 60€, delivered within 5-7 working days. 3€ EXTRA charge for purchases lower than 60€.
- Collection is available 6 days a week, depending on store opening hours.
Standard Home Delivery – ACS Courier
- FREE* service for purchases above 60€, delivered within 5-7 working days. 4.50€ EXTRA charge for purchases lower than 60€.
- Delivery is Monday to Friday during business hours.
*There might be an additional charge (D1 +6€ , D2 +12€, D3 +36€) for unapproachable areas. The extra charge is shown at checkout before purchase.
Please note:
It is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to carriers’ local bank holidays.
- We will be unable to change the delivery address on Orders after checkout.
- If there is no one at the indicated nominated delivery address who can accept delivery of Products, the carrier will leave a notification card in your mail box.
- Title to and risk of loss in your Products will pass to you when you take possession of the Products.
- All products are shipped from our warehouse our warehouses in Cyprus.
