Over the decades, Eastpak has built a solid reputation for its uncompromising quality and innovative designs. 2 characteristics that have given rise to several iconic packs, bags and travel gear.
Our success, however, has come with an unwanted flip-side: the more popular our products are, the more people will try and copy them. That’s just a fact of life.
They say imitation is the best form of flattery. But when unassuming customers are duped into buying inferior merchandise, we stop being flattered and start taking action. We have investigative teams around the world working to identify counterfeit products and remove them from circulation. In the meantime, however, there are a few things you can do to make sure you are buying the genuine article.
*Unfortunately Eastpak cannot offer any warranty on counterfeit goods.
• Check the quality: all genuine Eastpak products are made to the highest standards. If either the materials or workmanship look faulty, chances are you’re looking at a fake.
• Only buy from reputable retailers such as an official Eastpak store, authorized Eastpak stockist or from the official eastpak.com webstore.
• Look for the official highly secured holographic label. (Although even this can be copied, it should not be that easy to remove this label from a genuine Eastpak product.)
